Former Cadet Looking to Become a Senior Member Questions

Yea that's probably my next step.  The unit/Wing doesn't' seem to have anything even though they have looked well above and beyond anything I could have ever asked anyone to do.  I know the old Unit commander would probably write something up but it may be difficult to track him down.   I believe he left the activity.  I'm kind of in the same situation, not as many ribbons but there are about 6 of them I would loose which I'd rather not considering I spent a number of years achieving them. 

I appreciate everyone's direction on this.  Your suggestions have been invaluable!

Dropped out, came back a few years later, records gone, etc.

Lucked out, as I had won two CAP scholarships. On the application you list every award, badge, rating, activity, etc. you have as part of the evaluation. So I had a list of everything I had earned up through C/Capt signed by my Squadron Commander, the Wing Commander, Region Commander, and the National Vice Commander!
