Does anyone mind sharing (either here or through PM) an exemplar of a "Recommendation from a non-family, non-CAP member of his or her local community attesting
that the member is morally and emotionally qualified to serve as a character development instructor."

I have an appropriate reference (Who is familiar with CAP, though not a member) willing to write a recommendation on my behalf.  As a courtesy, I would like to provide them with an outline or exemplar to make the composition process easier for them.
