At last... completed all requirements for Level V and just received notification that I've been awarded the Gill Robb Wilson award!

Number 2901, eh?  They've awarded 1,635 of them since mine came out ... in 1991.  Just that many in 20 years.

It really is a tough award to earn, and you are to be commended (and then some!) for earning it.

It definitely was worth it... dovetailed it into my annual leave off the rock. Granted, if you add up the extra plane fare from Vegas to Montgomery and the hotel, it was a little expensive but worth every penny to get the experience. 2-1/2 years time in grade and I'm eligible for Lt Col.
