Eeyore...  OMG!!!  I remember that limo from Blue Beret in 1986!  I even did a ramp check in it when Mitch Berry got it stuck in the mud!  LMAO

I wish I had pictures of our team vehicles from when I was with Land Rescue Team #46 (WI Wing).  In 1986, we had a Kaiser field ambulance (people mover), a CUCV Chevy pick-up converted to a utility body ("rescue" truck) and an M-715 that a camper top was added to it (Comm truck).  All painted USAF strata blue AND red lights & siren!  You'll never see that again in CAP!!!

Man, these are some great pictures!  Starting back in 1990 was when CAP was casting off all the old surplus/DRMO vehicles and went to mini-vans.  Never been the same since...

Ardy & Ed's posted it to their Facebook page this summer. It would have been cool to see, but I'm not that old...

I enjoy this one, taken at Ardy and Ed's Drive-In in Oshkosh, WI, circa 1985.

That is a Checker Station Wagon.  Saw them used as Taxi's for a long time. Not the best on fuel, but they could haul a lot of stuff.  Funny thing is that those ugly cars are worth a lot of money now.

I love these pictures!

I remember from the 80s and early 90s senior members being able to get military licenses and check out everything from military busses to 2 1/2 tons.

I remember a SM thowing 6 of us in the back of his station wagon and driving us to the motor pool at Camp Blanding and signing out a deuce.  We got tossed around the back of that thing like rag dolls.  Thank God for troop straps!
Serving since 1987.
