Was going through a gallery of colorized and cleaned WWII b&w images when I found this:

If you go to the Library of Congress website and look at the online library, you will find almost 300 of these pictures. Type in Civil Air Patrol for the search criteria.

Still pretty cool, though. There was one of these -- complete with bomb -- at the Geneseo Airshow near Rochester, NY.
