The "unauthorised pilot wings" are interesting, as is the observer's half-wing. I also liked that virtually all of them have enamelled centres.
EDIT: I just thought of something...this should have gone in "Hysterical History." My bad.
I liked the fact that they awarded a badge to those who had to ditch in the ocean. Not the best way to earn bling!

Actually, the Duck Club pin was strictly an unofficial item, created by those involved.

In regards to AdAstra's mention. A patch was created, but the pin was a creation used at CP-21.
