PDFs are 0kb
Well the system won't take pic format

...but the PDFs are 0kb, we can't open them.

I think the compelling question is what does it take to be a "MSO Trainee" so that I can get technician approved for safety.

Have all prerequisites and fam/prep training completed and have commander approval for fam prep and advanced training.

They are completed and showing green in the SQTR.

Then there's a problem in the system and you should contact the Helpdesk.
If you are confident in you abilities and experience, whether someone else is impressed is irrelevant. - Eclipse

Help desk being queried, just checking here to see if there was a solution to the original posters post.

So the Specialty Track module is cross-vetting being an MSO trainee?

If so, that's new - used to be the CC / PDO just went in an approved it at whatever level
he saw fit based on external substantiation (or whim).

Well it looks like the first issue was reported in April.  The original poster hasn't posted since October so I don't know what the final solution was.

If I hear back and get the issue cleared via the help desk, I'll post something here.

Update: The help desk assigned the ticket to the Deputy Director of Operations.  He stated that he "resubmitted your MSO SQTR and you are now in a Training status." so it appears I am now an MSO trainee.  Let's see if this pops again as there may be some bug out there.
