Why I hate e-services

So, here we are. A month and a half later and I am still not onthe list as a Instructor pilot or AFROTC O-ride pilot. I now I did the flight. I was there

If we were doing this the old way, I would have taken my paperwork and personally had carried it to get it signed by the appropriate people. But because of this e services, I have to "hope" another volunteer (my commander) will apporve it. In volunteer work, you have to manage your own career. Nobody else is going to put the effort into it like you will.
