The old Member Search application had a handy feature called "gather emails". It doesn't appear the new one has the same ability.
Am I missing it or is there some trick to do the same thing?
That's what I used to update my Group mailing list(s).
I don't remember it being in Member Search. As far as I can remember, you access that by clicking on the number of members link in the unit stats box on the top of the main eServices page.

You have options on the separators used between addresses and which members you want to "gather". Any SM has access to this. Don't know about cadets.
cadets do have access to this, its quite useful.
