Title: Do Technician ratings expire if rejoining after 2 years?

I was just curious if our Specialty track ratings expire if we let our membership lapse and rejoin after 2 years?

Thanks for the reply. I earned my ITO Technician rating in 2008 and was promoted to 2Lt. I am in the process of rejoining and my goal is to become a Character Development Instructor.
