Good news! I (think I) found the ABU pants! The link, and title say say "BDU" but the pictures are of ABUs so, YMMV.

Described as "Nylon cotton twill blend" - probably the heavy weight fabric of the initial production runs.

I dont know anything about the quality of the HQ brand, but that is a killer price!

I cant buy BBDU's wholesale for that price much less retail, and that doesn't include shipping which usually eats up quite a bit of my profit. I cant give ACU/ABU's away so I quit buying or taking them on trade, but again, these are good prices.
