Using terms like "Tyranny" in an organization where no one has to stay is worthless rhetoric and is almost insulting to those that have lived under tyranny.

This is the crap of which I speak.  I'm no "tool" of the Major General nor his "stooge," I call for reasoned discussion.  If some have proof and evidence of true wrong doing, play it and I will be there to lead the charge...however, chants of "
Tyranny" and postings of the removal procedures from anonymous persons does not constitute "evidence."

One GRW was under an older program where the National Commanders Citation was the highest award (Level 5) and got GRW 19. Then the program changed and I retook the training requirements for the new GRW, number 127.  National tells me that I am one of only five that can wear both the National Commanders Citation ribbons and the GRW. According to the reg, once the National Commanders Citation ws earned the GRW had to be removed. But haven earned it under two different programs, both are authorized.
