Does anybody know where I could get an old Cadet COP ribbon? I'm sure Vanguard and Hock Shop don't have them.

Actually Vanguard has both the ribbon and the miniature medal.  You just need to call them and make sure the rep you talk with knows you are talking the Cadet Certificate of Proficiency Ribbon '64. I have it from them in standard ribbon, medal and on my flat ribbon set, though it took a couple attempts to get it correct on the flat set, but they made it right.

Good luck!

Great! Thanks Bill. I didn't see it in their catalog, but I didn't ask in person. I got that back in 1957.

I got mine Jan of '63.  Does anybody know how many finally received it and still active in CAP?

AC

I just ordered mine. Vanguard says they have 164 of them. I told her there are probably not 164 people alive now that earned it! Maybe I'm wrong.

I got my COP ribbon in 1957, still have the original

The Hock also stocks the Cadet COP. That's where I ordered mine last year.

It would be interesting to see how many of us are still active in CAP.
