Usually the unit commander. Check the Cadet Programs reg - it lists who the appropriate presenters are for each milestone.

Since we're an almost 1 year old squadron, we have 3 cadets approaching the Wright Brothers Milestone Award. Who commonly presents the certificate? Squadron Commander? We're an in-school unit,  so I'm thinking of maybe having the pricipal or superintendent present it. Then, when we get a cadet to Milestone 2, invite our small-town mayor.

The Blue BDU Field/Patrol CAP.  ;)

It's Blue, it's CAP, it's baseball cap shaped.  ;D

Funny you can wear a Blue BDU Field Jacket with the Corporate Flightsuit, but not the hat.

Wear what you want. What are they going to do to ya, give you NJP?

My favorite iteration of the undefined CAP baseball cap I've seen: Navy blue tactical cap, 2x2 velcro rank on the front, nametape on the rear. Looks sharp and professional. The sea lawyer in me approves.

Or, is the undefined "CAP Baseball Cap" the only option?

The other option is no headgear. Headgear is not required with this uniform.

Per CAPR 39-1, 3 March 2020, Paragraph 8.3.8.

Quote from: Shuman 14 on Yesterday at 05:07:40 PMFull color on OCP patch or Blue patch, either will look fine and in pairs, one for the OCP top and one an outer coat.

And the fleece (IIRC, its a slide, not a velcro tab, on outerwear like a goretex..)

The coyote fleeces have a velcro patch, the light and mid weight OCP coats have velcro patches only the extreme cold/wet gortex top, which the fleece goes under, has a tab anymore and it no longer has an arm pocket for the mini nametape.
