About every other month e-services tells me my password is not correct.  So I send in my data and it tells me that my SSN and member number are not valid.     Then I try to send this problem to the help desk, BUT, you need to log-in to contact them.  Which of course is the problem.   It reminds me of the guy asking the questons at the gorge in Monty Pythons Holy Grail movie.   " What is your quest?, what is your favortite color?,

Your password requires changing every six months. Are you sure you're typing it in correctly, with the correct upper and lower case characters? I've been on eServices since day one, and have never had any problems with passwords.

I'm on the same count as SarDragon here, remember that passwords are case sensitive in eServices.  As well, there is a way to access the help desk without logging into eServices, https://capnhq.crmdesk.com/home.aspx is the link, once you can log into eServices it will automatically log you in on there, go to My Stuff, then Profile and change your password to something you remember.  Of course you can also email webmaster@capnhq.gov if you continue to have problems, they are generally fairly quick with responses, just ensure that it doesn't go to your spam/bulk mail folder.

You can also call for assistance, http://level2.cap.gov/visitors/member_services/contacts/ second to last number.
