Whats up with quotes?

Maybe it's just my computer, but if I try to quote a post that already has one quote in it the post, my post only quotes what the person wrote in their post and not what they quoted.

I think its a bug.  Happened to me earlier today.  Will have to have Jerry look at the settings in the back room.
