Frank Xavier Marcial, age 67, of Stevenson Ranch, California passed away on Tuesday January 21, 2020 after two decades of battling myriad health issues. Frank was at home, surrounded by his family, his garden and the wildlife he loved when he passed.

Frank was born August 10, 1952. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn, of 34 years, his children Christopher, Joshua, Ashley and Jeanelle, his grandchildren, Michael, James, Jocelyn, Max, Madi, Callie, Jackson, Ashley, Matthew, Drake and Lily, His brother, Ronald R. Mattox and is predeceased by Jamie.

He Lived in the city of Los Angeles, as a child, later moving to the South Bay. At the age of 23 he became a consumer Finance Manager and continued his career in financial services. He was honored to receive recognition as "Notary of the Year" from the National Notary Association in 2006.

Frank proudly served in the Army National Guard as a Combat Engineer Specialist. He also served as a Major in the USAF AUX CAP where his general aviation pilot license allowed him to participate in Search and Rescue missions for downed aircraft in Southern California.
