Just for clarity, for those that don't read the article, the above is quoted from the article's author and is not proposed by the OP. That said, dispatchers aren't really what is needed right now, front line medical workers are; and that's not something CAP needs to be doing right now.

Because of the direction that other similar threads have taken, I'm going to go ahead and preemptively lock this one as it will likely provide zero meaningful conversation. If someone has something truly meaningful that they would like to add, please contact the mod team.
