Title: Climate Assesment Survey
Post by: RiChArD7032 on July 06, 2018, 06:35:22 PM
Got an off the wall question.  In the Air Force, there are annual climate assessment surveys that have questions to gauge the overall "climate" of the unit, the effectiveness of the unit and the programs that support it.  Has there been anything like that created for CAP Squadrons?  Maybe it wouldn't be necessary in CAP but I thought I'd pose the question.

Thanks for the feedback.

Look through the TLC basic course materials, there's something like that geared toward cadet units.

It's geared toward cadet issues, but the general questions are appripriate for any unit.

Also, the SUI self-assessments that are (or at least were) required at the mid-point between inspections
are a good gauge as well.
