Is anyone aware of a standardized "recruiting table" kit? I.e Banner, swag, displays, table throw. I'm suspecting there is not. If anyone has put one together, complete with vendors, please chime in. I'm tasked with a recruiting event in Maine and the wing doesn't appear to have anything. I'd like to put a professional foot forward on this one but I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel if someone has already put blood, sweat, and tears into one.

Too bad. Figured as much though. Anyone have any leads on suppliers or done any of the legwork to put one of these together? For example if someone already had banners made through a supplier, I'd just rather reach out to that supplier in lieu of starting the process over again.

I used Bannerbuzz a few years ago to get a blue 6' table cover and silver/grey runner with the CAP majcom emblem. IIRC, it was around $100

Yes. The set has moved to wing since my unit shut down, and I don't have pic.
Another benefit of the runner is it can draped over a plain school music stand and make is look like a real podium.
Surely a Squadron in your Wing attends events during the year and sets up a booth? Most of ours do. The Wing doesn't have materials, its the Squadrons that have their own for local use. Send out a email to all your Squadrons PAOs. They will know who has what.

This is a kit I put together earlier this year, got the speciality items from vista print. Everything else was from an office store.
