Hooray! Some more changes to the field in flight management.
Looks mainly like they just changed wording around on some things, added AFJROTC to our o-flight program, etc.
I also like how they added that, with Wing and Region approval, one can do an addon rating as long as they hold an FAA powered private or better. This will be a great way to get military pilots w/ multi ratings only into the fold.
