Scholarships

Does anyone know of any scholarships offered for NCSAs? Particularly for NBB?

If not, any ideas for raising money for tuition?

Not too sure about existing scholarships, but you could probably get the Wing CC to approve fund raising to help you pay for your activity.

I posted in another thread that businesses are usually very accomodating when it comes to "cash" donations when they know specifically the money is going to be used for.  Talk to your DCC about setting up a fund raising effort for the squadron to help build a "scholarship fund," it could be used to send cadets to encampment for a greatly reduced cost, or in your case, to NBB at a subsidized rate.  The better you and your fellow cadets do, the more the squadron will have to pay out.

It's always better to go on someone else's dime
