How do you guys create that signature with your ranks and stuff?

Basically you create the graphic using whatever image editor you prefer, Paint, GIMP, PS, etc., McChord has a good ribbon
rack creator.  Host the file somewhere and then insert the links to you image.

I have mine as my CT Avatar, and just link back to there.

Or you could go to http://militarysignatures.com/ like some of us have (see mine below) where you have a dynamic signature block that can be easily modified.
