Title: Teaching Leadership, Ethics and Character Development
Post by: Robert Hartigan on March 22, 2011, 02:43:30 AM
In another thread, The Biggest Mistakes a Leader Can Make, Capt. Briski from Virginia remarked about being surprised where ethical behavior ranked as a mistake. In trying to formulate a reply, I again dug into my reference materials and instead of replying, I thought it better to start a new topic. In my opinion, this is a great video for either Senior Member professional development or cadet officer leadership laboratory. I would also recommend Professor French or Captain Rubel for Region Staff Colleges and /or National Staff College; either one would be a great "get" for CAP.
