I am in the midst of writing a Continuing Education Course "Mental Health for Safety Professionals". One of the books I am reviewing for this course is: "The Rise of Chronic Stress and How We Can Fix it, The Burnout Epidemic by Jennifer Moss.
As we continue through the COVID19 Pandemic we are challenged personally, professionally, and in our "volunteer" roles.
I highly suggest this as a good read for anyone in a leadership position.
