Where can I find the National Communications Plan?

Region plans are in the operations library on eservices, wing plan on the wing intranet, but I cannot seem to find a link to the national plan anywhere?

Yes and no. Like the thread about the National Commander being out of the country, and everyone was chattering about a "new" commander, not understanding the message.

Well, the mission impact of ISIL or any other terrorist group taking out the CAP National Commander while he is overseas is quite minimal, the propaganda dividends that would be paid for that strike would be immense.

Loose lips, sink ships, still applies even today.
