Thrawn, you are right. There is a separate SQTR just for Mission Donut Officer but there are some tasks shared with Mission Coffee Officer, Senior Level.
Both require the FEMA class IS 26.

Here is part of the training for the FASC SQTR:
Training Outline
1. As a mission progresses, the need to make provision for creature comforts increases.
2. The finance/admin plan should include a list of items that are likely candidates such as coffee,
doughnuts, sandwiches, etc.
3. How much and how these items are provided is a function of the mission base location. The
availability of a nearby store may obviate the need for you to arrange for many of these items
The store could be a Dunkin Donuts or a Starbucks!

Why is this under finance and not logistics where it belongs?
Finance figures out the need, budget constraints, and best place for acquisition. Logistics actually procures the stuff, figures out where the table goes, where to plug in the coffee machine, and arranges the donuts according to type and taste. The master of both skills becomes a Master Mission Coffee Officer...

I just got word that several Mission Coffee Officers had their qualifications suspended in eServices yesterday for failure to complete ICUT.
ICUT is one of the primary requirements. If a Mission Coffee Officer does not have ICUT, how is he/she to pass the word that the coffee is ready?

I was thinking that you will likely need a ground team to clear the cobwebs off the decaf pot from time to time to prevent severe overgrowth.

My thoughts exactly. The only thing the FASC should be concerned about there is how much does this stuff cost and how do we pay the vendor.

I have a lot of high-priority projects that got bumped WAY back due to hospital and long-term home care, but since I already did most of the work, all I need is some suggested additional tasks from people. I can copy-paste the best ones in, and BOOM, it's done.
Even though this is a low-priority project, it would be very quick with suggested tasks to paste in. Maybe just a few minutes. The kind of thing I could do on the train, when you don't want to dive into an intense project because the ride is too short.
