Hi all,
Going senior in 1 month. I am trying to help my SQ/CC look for the applicable forms for receiving my CPO Tech rating IAW CAPR 50-17 Chapter 9.
I know the CAPF 2 allows for promotion to 1st Lt, but I do not know which form I should give to him. I have checked New Horizons and can't find anything on this.
Any suggestions?

You forgot the lifetime subscription at Dunkin Donuts!
CAPR 50-17, Chapter 9, paragraph 1, send a written request, no form required.
Don't send the request until after your Senior Membership is posted in E-Services.
I'm not too sure what "DPR" means, could you please clarify?

DPR= Department of Primary Responsibility. In other words, the people who are responsible for getting something done.
I believe I see something that says "senior promotions/duty positions". Is this what I am looking for?

Sir, I think you are close, but not quite on, here:
CAPR 50-17 4 JUNE 2015
NHQ/DPR – National Headquarters Civil Air Patrol Personnel (For PD Registrar functions)
I believe that you're thinking of "OPR":
Office of primary responsibility (OPR)

Where are you seeing this? Right now your priorities are:
1. Initiate your Senior Membership CAPF12 with Cadet to Senior printed boldly on top, so you don't pay dues until your membership year is over. If you're within 90 days of your renewal date renew as a Cadet, before you send the F12.
2. Once you're listed as a SM (aka real person), have your commander send a letter to National requesting that you get the PD credits (Level I, Cadet Programs Technician, etc).
3. Initiate a paper CAPF 2 for appointment as a 1Lt.
