Online SLS withdrawal and reapply?

Good evening all!

I applied months back regarding the online SLS and got an email saying my group/wing didn't approve of it (some  wings just don't allow it apparently) I recently moved and was curious if there is a way to reapply? I've tried and it says I already applied
