Try manually setting your DNS to 9.9.9.9, that worked for me.

Oddly, my DNS forwarders here at work are Google & Comcast (but not on the Comcast network), and I've had no trouble at all.

Forwarders at home (on Comcast) are Google, and no joy.

Its acting like DNS, but not exactly.  Very strange.

Still not working. It's obviously working for someone as I'm getting OPS QUALS approval notifications, but can't sign in from anywhere.

Same - wondering now if it's under attack.

Microsoft Azure is a boutique solution?

eServices is hosted in Azure?  My apologies, corrected above.

Not currently working on my work network and it wasn't working on my home wifi last night; but it works fine on the mobile network.

Same here. Not with Comcast, but works on my iPhone and AT&T Wireless.

You can always voice your displeasure at vendor selection to NHQ. I'm sure they'll be all about it.
