That's OK.  Grade doesn't count.  All you need is a first name and some place to put all your ribbons, badges, patches, lapel pins, and nose rings.

I got the word that the nose rings are out, to be replaced by nipple rings.  Silver bar for Lts,  silver rings for Capts, gold rings for Majors, double gold rings for all above Majors.
