For those of you that were associated with the Ramstein Wing, LtCol Jim Noyes, CAP, passed away over the weekend.

A memorial service has been planned for LtCol Jim Noyes on April 3, 2014 at 1600 hours at the North Side Chapel. Service dress will be the expected uniform for the service. Appropriate attire for Senior Members not wearing uniforms.
