   Please ensure widest dissemination to your cadets.  EServices registration for Winter National Cadet Special Activities—Civic Leadership Academy and National Character Leadership Symposium--is open.  Use this link to access the registration site.  Jump to this link to get more information about these two courses and others like LESA South hosted by Texas Wing.
Winter NCSA registration is open. Apply before 15 Oct to be considered on-time and receive preference for primary status selection. You may submit applications after the cut-off date listed above, but it will be marked as "late" and considered after all on-time applications.
Read and follow instructions for each tab in the application. Please note you must fill in ALL items marked with an "*"on any tab, or it will not move through the automated approval process.  In addition, you must select "submit" on the last tab, or the application will not be considered.   
Once you submit your application, it is sent automatically to your unit and wing commanders for appropriate approvals.  You can monitor the progress/status of your application at any time by selecting the "Activity Status" module on the left. When your status shows as "alternate," you are in the queue for selection consideration.
Note: If you alter and resubmit your application AFTER the preferential consideration cutoff, your application will show as "late," placing you in the queue after all "on-time" submissions.  This realignment occurs if you change your order of activity preferences, add a preference, or even change your shirt size.  Make your changes before the cutoff to avoid issues.
