Do any of the Glider Academy NCSAs offer senior member training for activity senior staff ? I am a CAP pilot with a current PPL. Want to get some sailplane training but have no where local.

I think New Mexico's wing glider encampment does. I know there is a big push is to a get a prior private or commercial pilots to meet commercial standards for the glider and get your CFIG so you can teach at a next year encampment. The wing glider program director has been trying to get me to do this. I am a commercial MEL pilot but a private pilot in gliders. I started it two years ago even got a form 5G one weekend after not having touched a glider since 1997. After doing the from 5, the plan was going to have me do 5 to 10 flights to commercial and Instructor standards and take a combined check ride. I ended having up having other priorities so I could not follow through with it. I suppose I could have knocked it all out at one of the encampments.
