Are there any regulations on how Civil Air Patrol can be written about in short stories or novels? Would it be necessary to get permission from a public affairs officer or someone before allowing something to be published?

CAP is a public, non-secret entity that anyone could write about in the same way hundreds of
authors write about the government, military, etc.
