due to my extensive medical history, I was wondering if it was ok (as in not against regulations) to type a copy of form 60 or MOF9 and just print the form as needed and get signed

Sure, in fact there is a Word template version of most CAP forms, including CAPF 60, on the CAP Publications site for that very purpose.

Make sure to save the document! You're going to need a Form 60 for just about every CAP activity you attend. Just print a new one each time.

Typed form 60's are SOP in my unit.

Flyers: keep about a half-dozen in your pubs bag

GT-types, ditto, in a ziploc in your 24-hour kit.

Makes check-in at the mission base go a lot quicker.

It might also be a good idea to fold one up and stick it in your wallet. That's SOP in my squadron, should we need to notify parents about something in a hurry there is always emergency contact info on each cadet's person, in addition to having one on file at the SQ and the staff having one for everybody at activities.
