That CRUMMY CMS would be GONE, if not by now.. real fast.

Why does it have to mangle the crud out of document names.

I don't have any of those, but I've emailed the webmaster, we'll see if it gets fixed.

Oh, and meant to ask .. what materials? I clicked a few things and got everything. Of course, I seem to have picked the ones that are just links to NHQ..

Yes, the TXWG things.  And believe me, I would have been after National's CMS with a VENGEANCE.
