 This has probably been answered somewhere, but I cant find it. Search is not working for me.

    I will be wearing the red shoulder cord as a Wing CAC member and I was wondering if it gets worn up, or down. If someone could please answer this, that would be great. Thanks.

It should rest along the shoulder seam, as depicted in Figure 5-2 of CAPM 39-1.
