CAP forms

I just went to e-services to down load the new CAP Form 12.  When you select Pubs and Forms from the menu they're not there.  I'm hoping this is temporary.  Does anybody have a clue?

They're moving/have moved the forms and pubs to the GoCivilAirPatrol.com site.  However, it does appear as though the entire member section has disappeared...odd...

They might be having server problems. I couldn't get cap.gov to load a few minutes ago, but it's working now.
