Not really sure where to post this, but wanted to get the word out to any members of the Texas Wing, other CAP members assisting in the areas or affected by the flooding in Texas.  I've teamed up with a group that is driving in to Texas this weekend to cook and serve for First responders and others affected by the floods.   We did the same thing for the Louisiana 1000 year flood last year.  Meals will be ready to be picked up to go.

In Houston on Saturday 9/9 - cooking and serving Jambalaya, White Beans and dessert at St Teresa Catholic Church, 6622 Haskell St. This is pretty close to Memorial Park. Some plates will also be served at Prison Break Tattoos, 5306 Washington Ave.  All should be ready by 1700.

In Beaumont on Sunday 9/10 - cooking and serving Jambalaya, White Beans and dessert at the Express Mart parking lot, 11755 Hwy 105, Beaumont. Should be ready for lunch time.

If anyone is in the area, please swing by and grab some great food.  I'll be the gray headed guy with either a CAP or law enforcement hat on.
