I'm reading through my leadership book to prepare for the Mitchell exam, and I was double checking Stripes to Diamonds today to see where they draw the material from.

Leadership for the 21st Century, chapters 1-10, with an emphasis on chapters 8-10
AFMAN 36-2203, Air Force Drill and Ceremonies, chapters 4 and 5
CAPM 39-1, CAP Uniform Manual, chapters 1 and 5
CAPR 52-16, Cadet Programs Management, chapters 1, 4, and 5

Seems straightforward but the L21C chapter listing bugs me. The text I'm using has chapters 1-7, and says chapters 8-15 are contained in Volume II (Which I presume I can't get anymore because of the new L2L shift?). Is this just an error on the website or am I going to go take the test without having read material I should know?

It's a typo. It should be chapters 1-7 with emphasis on chapters 4-7.

The chapters listed are for the Earhart test instead.

Quite a typo they made.

Thank you!

New new text, phase 1 and 2 is chapters 1-8...
Make sure you take the right mitchell test...

There is probably a cutoff from the old materials at some point...

I think it's October next year for the cutoff. I'm switching to L2L after Mitchell so it's not such a hard transition then.

Just remember that for the Spaatz, you'll need to have gone back and studied the L2L pre-Mitchell material.
