I don't think that would be possible.  AOCs (I work in the 613th AOC at Hickam) operate in a classified environment 24/7.  You can sterilize the room briefly if need be, but it puts a pretty big crimp in operations.  Thus the video tour they are doing here.  Not only can the area be sanitized before recording, but the video can be reviewed for classified material before release.
