After earning a ribbon, how long does it take to get it awarded and appear in capmembers, please?
This is clearly a Chain of Command question, but, in the interest of fair play, here's an answer - it depends on the award.
Some, like cadet achievements, appear almost instantly. Others take more time - weeks extending to months - when higher levels are involved. Previously awarded ribbons are entered by someone in the unit, and depend on time available, and interest.
