So I was looking up information for my squadon's website, as we have been redesigning it, and I have found that I keep getting a 'Page Forbidden' message whenever I click on the link to go to the cadet programs compendium (https://www.capmembers.com/cadet_programs/library/cp_compendium/). Is this particular link supposed to be forbidden for regular members? If not, can someone (Like Ned) pass it along to get it fixed?
