This is a little/way early but does anyone know of wings in SER maybe a little farther out that have winter NCO schools? nothing wrong with a little more knowledge :angel:
Texas has a very active training program: usually both fall and spring sessions offering NCOA and SNCOA.

NH Wing offers an NCOLS (NCO leadership school) during Holiday Break with an RCLS going on at the same time. Here is the link to the website http://ncols.nhcapcadets.org/ (http://ncols.nhcapcadets.org/) . You should definitely go. Had a blast there and you will meet a ton of people.
