Okay before you say anything. The only reason I'm posting this was because I'm excited and my family was all like "STFU Daniel" (Its because I talk about CAP wayyyyyyy to much)
I just got back from encampment where I was staff to learn in short, I'm transferring about an 2 hours south and the most exciting part (drum roll)
I'm going to get to be a follower!
At my last sqn I had to be a leader at C/SrA ( I mean like full on C/CC planning meetings and teaching classes kind of leader)
So now I get to experience the cadet program like NHQ designed it :)
I'm glad to see a cadet that wants to experience the Cadet Program properly, that's a rare and admirable quality in a cadet. It is unfortunate that so many are pressed into positions far above where they should be focusing.
With that in mind, never pass up a chance to lead, especially now that you are a C/SNCO. Even if you are just a regular element member, you can use your experience to help out your fellow cadets and set the example for them.
