The Summer '09 issue of The Transmitter (newsletter of the National Chaplain Corps) is now available at:

If I might suggest to whomever is doing the conversion to .PDF on this and other NHQ newsletters, etc., to use the "High Quality Print" option.

Its really difficult to make out the photos when the document has been compressed.

If nothing else, I concur with Cap. Col. Woodard's notes about "i-Mail".  If you're one of the culprits out there, please stop sending it.
