Title: Military Response to Domestic Incident Paper
Post by: Tubacap on January 18, 2009, 08:48:12 PM
Awhile back, I had said that I had a paper that was in detail about the use of military forces for domestic incident response.  Well, it has finally been accepted by my university, but I forgot who wanted a copy.  If you'd like to peruse, PM me and I'll send a pdf to you.

Does it talk about CAP to any extent or is it a bit more generic than that?

It talks about CAP in it's split roles.  It is semi-generic as in the grand scheme of things, it is a fairly small component of the overall picture.  Topics include:  Title 10, 14, 32, 36 forces.  State Defense Forces, Major legislation including Posse Comitatis, the Insurrection Act, the Insurrection Act Rider, and the NRF.
