I just earned Level 3 earlier this month.  And, I've just decided to go to Regional Staff College which is next month.  Any words of wisdom on RSC for someone like me who hasn't been to a major CAP activity like this one?  Thanks!

Every region's staff college is a bit different.  I can only speak for PCR's.

RSC is a neat experience....think about it; CAP every day, for a week.  A lot more like a real job vs. the regular CAP experience.

If you like to learn, you'll do well.  If you are one of those students that argues with folks the whole week, you'll hate it (and the others might hate you!)  :)

Plug through RSC...and then get to NSC (which is, IMHO, the best of the courses we can take!)

Thanks for the info!  I appreciate you sharing about your experience.  I'll be heading to the NCR RSC at Offutt AFB in NE.  Just about a month away now!  Thanks again.
