I found this link on the CAP webpage under professional development. May be interesting for those in the EMS, Paramedic, Police Fields. Seems like a great program to do. You complete the FEMA classes at your own pace which are free. You then take a test that covers those areas through the college. After you are finished you can transfer them to the school. Assuming you have the other core classes that could be transferred you could finish the degree completly. Heres the catch!!

You have to pay for the class credits from FEMA at a rate of $60 per credit hour. You also have to pay for the module tests at $25 per module. All in all you would spend around $1500 out of pocket. May be good for those look for some type of degree as a stepping stone.
